“I’m passionate about liberating human potential and achieving positive systemic change for a more compassionate world…”

– Jenny Hoffman

  • My passion for exploring human transformation and how to find more meaning and purpose in our lives has been lifelong. I’ve devoted my professional life to liberating human potential and achieving positive change in individuals, groups and systems.

As a leadership and organisational development consultant and executive coach, I have a strong commitment to designing cutting-edge programs based on what the world needs now from leaders. The foundations of BlueHelix include a background in Big 4 consulting and teaching leadership in the MBA Program at the UWA Business School, blended with a lifelong passion for learning.

As a leadership coach and facilitator, I employ a wide range of emergent and reflective approaches to deepen dialogue, supporting leaders to find the space within to lead with compassion and wisdom.

A tree-change to the forest some years ago keeps me connected to the land as a source of well-being through observing that each season brings with it its own energy and purpose.

“Integrity, authenticity, curiosity, respect, and compassion are central to how I live and work.”

– Tony Clitheroe

  • After over 30 years as a leader, consultant, facilitator and professional coach, my approach centres on partnering with leaders to co-create a reflective space – a space where they can draw upon their strengths, core values and resourcefulness to learn and grow. Integrity, authenticity, curiosity, respect, and compassion are central to how I live and work.

I hold an ICF PCC credential and have been an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2005, serving as president of the WA Branch from 2014-2018. I have extensive experience in executive coaching, coach training and leadership development for clients across the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.

I live close to the coast, and I love being on, in or near the ocean. It rejuvenates and connects me with the natural world. I have five children and love sharing camping and sailing adventures with them.

“My mantra for life is ‘Live life lightly’. It captures my enthusiasm for life, nature and supporting the growth of others.”

– Arlene Quinn

  • I’ve been a leadership coach and facilitator for over 20 years, providing executive individual, team coaching and group programs. Using supportive strategies, I invite my clients to examine their approach to leadership, language, patterns of habit and behaviours, before they alter any fundamental patterns in their communication or decision making.

As a leader myself, I model how to make better choices that are of benefit or learn to reframe what is happening to ‘stay well’ or ‘leave strong’ from any circumstance. My mantra for life is ‘Live life lightly’. It captures my enthusiasm for life, nature and supporting the growth of others.

Outside work, I’m a member of Perth Playback Theatre, which gives me the opportunity to tell people’s stories in an inspirational way. I live in Kalamunda with my artist and musician husband, Clive, and our German shepherds Ragnar and Juno.

“My approach combines science-based insight with intuition to challenge clients’ thinking and initiate positive self-reflection.”

– Andre Burki

  • I felt the calling to focus on leadership after several years as the head of IT-coordination at the largest pharmaceutical plant in Switzerland. Since 1990, I’ve accumulated over 3,000 hours as a professional coach, helping leaders and organisations to learn and grow, from government agencies and the UNHCR to the finance and IT sectors.

My approach combines science-based insight with intuition to challenge clients’ thinking and initiate positive self-reflection. I believe coaching is more than a skilled application of techniques. It’s also an art, creating a safe space where future possibilities emerge, where ‘Aha!’ moments enable clients to improve relationships and adaptability, where breakthroughs increase leaders’ authenticity, influence, and happiness.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, keeping fit, and playing piano.
